This is how much we should really be eating:

Chocolate six-square chunk

Cheese matchbox size

Pizza quarter of a pizza

Potato Chips or Tortilla Chips one cup full

Mashed potato equivalent to a fist

Sausages 1.5 to 2 sausages

Salad 1 ceral bowl

Vegetables 2 cups or half a plate

Protein (fish, chicken etc) equivalent to a fist
