Cut cords to negative and toxic people

Don’t drink alcohol, take drugs or smoke cigarettes/cigars

Stop engaging in instant gratification

Cut out restlessness

Cut out any aversion to routine

Stop chasing something new everyday

Cut out getting bored easily

Stop being inconsistent

Stop depending on external stimulation

Stop blocking your emotions, allow yourself to feel them (especially men)

Don’t go back to your comfort zones, you won’t grow/evolve

Don’t ever give up

Never do things out of fear

Eat a clean diet

Listen to uplifting music

Mediate

Listen to your intuition (the Holy Ghost/Spirit)

Spend time in nature

Appreciate the simple things in life, that bring joy to your life

Love yourself

Respect yourself

Have conviction

Believe in yourself

Do everything out of love and truth

Follow your heart

Have healthy boundaries even with family and friends

Acknowledge your past mistakes and weaknesses have shaped you, and use this as inspiration to humbly make any required changes
